Westhaven Toronto processes all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

• Canada & USA: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping may be offered at times.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates.

Delays

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Westhaven Toronto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
